Organisation programme are to:

to deal with them

Method & duration:
This programme is designed to be implemented over several
weeks – usually between 6 and 10 – so that
undesirable habits and practices can be changed and more
effective methods embedded.
Collective discussion is followed up by one-to-one coaching
in the workplace, and a series of one-to-one coaching sessions
at carefully timed intervals ensures that individuals experience
the benefits of agreed changes.
The nature and structure of this programme limit numbers
to a maximum of 6 per group.
