Personal Organisation

A personalised programme for anyone who wishes to gain control of their
working life in an environment of ever-increasing demands and pressures.

Key points:

The main objectives of Ingram De Havilland’s Personal Organisation programme are to:

• Develop and maintain a level of personal organisation which is vital in the achievement of internal and external customer satisfaction
• Improve individual effectiveness and efficiency
• Raise collective productivity
• Reduce personal stress – the root cause of a high level of workplace absenteeism

Key elements of the programme include:

• Recognising “time stealers” and how to deal with them
• Managing priorities
• Handling interruptions
• Setting objectives and personal goals
• How to say “no”… nicely
• Dealing with procrastination
• Practical organisation and planning for effective use of time

Delegates are completely involved in defining and agreeing the
changes which will bring about the best results for them.

Method & duration:

This programme is designed to be implemented over several weeks – usually between 6 and 10 – so that undesirable habits and practices can be changed and more effective methods embedded.

Collective discussion is followed up by one-to-one coaching in the workplace, and a series of one-to-one coaching sessions at carefully timed intervals ensures that individuals experience the benefits of agreed changes.

The nature and structure of this programme limit numbers to a maximum of 6 per group.
